These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.jkassetmanagement.ca and any related pages, forms, newsletters, and online content (the “Site”). Please read them carefully. ## 1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. ## 2. Information Only, Not Advice The content on this Site, including articles, newsletters, calculators, and educational material, is provided for general information and education only. It is not personalized financial, investment, insurance, tax, or legal advice, and it is not an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any product or service. Your situation is unique. No Client Relationship Using the Site, submitting a contact form, booking a call, or sending us an email does not create an advisor-client relationship. A client relationship begins only after we have completed the required onboarding, including needs analysis and signed documentation. ## 4. Licensing and Products Joseph Kapler is licensed to offer life and health insurance and related financial planning services in the Province of Alberta through the Alberta Insurance Council. As a broker, we have access to products from many insurance and investment companies in Canada. Products, features, eligibility, and pricing are set by the issuing companies and are subject to underwriting, approval, and the terms of the applicable policy or contract. Nothing on the Site guarantees approval, coverage, or a particular rate. ## 5. Investment Risk and No Guarantees Investments, including segregated funds, mutual funds, and registered plans such as RRSPs, TFSAs, FHSAs, and RDSPs, carry risk. Values can rise and fall, and past performance does not guarantee future results. Any examples, projections, or calculator outputs on the Site are illustrations based on assumptions and are not predictions or promises. Tax rules, government program rules, and contribution limits change; confirm current details with the Canada Revenue Agency or a qualified professional. ## 6.
